Electrical ServicesLeMay Electric, Inc. is a full service electrical and special systems contractor with experience in the construction of commercial and industrial electrical projects including schools, office buildings, health care facilities, hospitals, religious facilities, office buildings, multi-family, aviation, bulk fuel, manufacturing, data centers and other special projects.
Special Systems installations include Fire Alarm, Intercom, Public Address, Theatrical Grade Audio Visual, Security, Access Control, Nurse Call, Code Blue, Conditioned Power, Emergency Standby and Critical Power Systems and other special occupancy equipment.
Design-Build Services - We work closely with experienced engineering and design firms from concept through construction documents to provide optimum value for the building owner. The Design-Build process serves to provide efficiencies in construction costs and improve time lines for occupancy.
Design-Assist Services - Our Estimating and Project Management professionals can offer Design-Assist services to aid the construction team in making informed decisions regarding potential value engineering specification scope revisions and associated cost savings. We read between the lines to make sure the project scope is complete with no surprises to the owner as the project progresses.
Project Management -Our Project Managers attention to detail and continuous analysis of your project insure that budgets and schedules are maintained throughout the course of construction. Our PM's own the project from the initial assignment all the way through to customer training, completed operations documents and on through the warranty period of the project to insure your facility operates as designed.
Service -LeMay Electric maintains a fleet of service trucks to maintain our clients electrical and systems needs on their properties long after the construction team is complete. We maintain completed operations manuals and as-built documents to aid in any modifications or additions to the building systems.

Safety
It is the policy of LeMay Electric, Inc. to maintain an effective and aggressive safety program in an effort to prevent accidental injuries or deaths; to provide a healthy and safe place of employment for all of its employees; and to abide by all regulations as they pertain to our "Industry" which are set forth in federal, state, and local standards. To assure implementation of this policy, representatives from senior management, field management, and our field workforce will be appointed to serve on our safety committee. This appointment will be in addition to other duties.
Apprenticeship Training-Client BenefitOne of the best values that LeMay delivers is the skills, attitude and experience that can only come from Journey men and women who have graduated from a bonified apprenticeship program. Our apprenticeship program is administered under the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training through the Atlanta Chapter of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association.
